Since my last journal entry I have finished reading the Twilight saga .. then went onto Sookie Stackhouse series of books by Charlaine Harris .. and now The Vampire Diaries.

Of course I've watched all the tv episodes associated with the books. Love them all but the books are much better.

Thank you to those authors for giving me the push I needed to read again after 8 years.

We are all fine here .. kids b'days coming up soon arrgh. .. oh and I turned the big 40 on 4 September .. so still getting used to that number. I really don't like it but what can I do .. just have to embrace it. As someone said to me .. better to be over the hill than under lol..

Hope everyone is well and have had a great year so far and prepared for xmas which comes up sooooo quickly.

Hahaha coincidence, you're a bit slow in getting an account.

I hope you are keeping well and you arn't hitting the booze too hard these days. You know as it happens I'm drinking a can of UDL - Vodka & Raspberry lol. I don't drink much these days but don't mind a girly drink like that. Got a bottle of Southern Comfort in the fridge too .. hubby bought today.

I'm so glad you noticed I'm still alive. Merry Christmas to you too .. be sensible and stay safe ;)
